Format

The The Conference will include oral and poster sessions. We will adhere to the ILRC tradition of having single session oral presentations and of limiting the number of oral presentations to one contributed.

Oral Presentations
Each contributed talk will last 12 minutes with an additional 3 minutes for discussion. Invited talks will be 20 minutes in length with another 5 minutes for discussion.

Only electronic presentations will be allowed. Windows and MacIntosh computers and a screen projector will be available for electronic presentations.

Presentations need to be uploaded before the beginning of the first morning session for all morning presenters and during the lunch break for afternoon presenters. Preview of presentations to check computer compatibility will be possible.

Poster Sessions
The poster sessions, organized along the same topics as the oral sessions, will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoons.

Each author will be provided with a poster board. Maximum poster size (width × height) is 117 cm (46 in) × 117 cm (46 in). Authors are expected to present their posters during the official poster session hours.

The poster room will be open for poster setup starting at noon on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Posters need to be taken down at the end of each poster session to free up poster board space for the next session.

English is the official Conference language.
